Optional, but helpful:
Clover bias tape maker in the 1/4" and 3/8" size
PAGE 21 - CUTTING
From the pink fabric cut:
(1) 13.5" x ....,
(2) 7.5" x ....,
(2) 4.5" x 9" rectangles,
etc....
PAGE 22 - CENTER COLUMN
Assemble a 4.5" Sky Churn...
You do NOT need 'a 1.5" x 5.5" background rectangle'
